The Ventura Gem & Mineral Society, Inc. (VGMS)
Library Catalogue Page.

The VGMS Library.
Procedures for Checking Out Books.
Our books are located in the library/meeting room at our Camp Comfort clubhouse, where they are sorted on shelves by broad categories and then alphabetically by author. Print copies of this catalogue will be at our monthly club meetings, and it is also posted on our VGMS web site (www.vgms.org). Our check-out procedures are on the honor system. If you wish to borrow a book, use the log in the binder on the table in the clubhouse library room. Record your name, the book/s you've borrowed, and the dates you've checked them out and then returned them. You can visit the library and check out books during our workshop days (the third Saturday morning of each month), or, if you see a title of interest on the list, just alert our club librarian (Jim Brace-Thompson, 805-659-3577, jbraceth@roadrunner.com), and he can hand-deliver it to you at the next club meeting. Please provide at least one week advance notice.
NOTE: RED (not counting links) means a new listing as of November 14, 2011.
From the Webmaster: Since I don't know where you might end up in the list I also don't really know where to put links back to the Table of Contents. Sooo, I have decided to not give you any links. Use your browser's BACK button to get back here. If, for some reason, that doesn't work you can always scroll back. Note: The PageUp Button goes faster.
More from the Webmaster: While doing the August 26th update I decided to try something new. Some of the book names are very similar to the names of other books. Notice that the individual book listings are now numbered. If you want to refer someone to a particular listing you can simply use the list heading or sub-heading and the number of the book.
